Summer Solstice Sunrise

Join Fort Ancient in welcoming the first day of summer by observing the sunrise as the ancient people did 2,000 years ago. Align yourself to watch the sunrise between two walls of earth and above one of the stone covered “calendar” mounds.
After the sunrise join us for all ages programs and crafts all about the Summer Solstice, in addition to the museum tour that will follow sunrise.
Free Admission until 10am.
