Join us at Noon for a guided tour at the Octagon Earthworks! We’ll walk through the Octagon, along the avenue and into the Observatory Circle, where we will pause to watch the moon rise near its northernmost point on the horizon.
As we approach the end of the 18.6-year Lunar Standstill, there are only a few remaining chances to witness this rate astronomical event— one that played a key role in the design of the Octagon Earthworks. Don’t miss this special opportunity!
